Hello! I'm Sara, and I am so happy that you're here.
I am very excited to be launching this platform to connect with you and all others in the health and fitness community here in Victoria and beyond. My goal with ELEVATE is to provide a reliable resource, a community, and an opportunity to educate and converse about various topics in the health, fitness and manual therapy world.

Why "ELEVATE with Sara"?
I chose the word "elevate" because to me it means support, growth, improvement, learning, community, and empowerment. These are all things that I hope everyone and anyone feels coming across this content or working with me one-on-one.
I want to use my knowledge as an RMT, BSc and Strength + Conditioning coach to help you ELEVATE movement in your life that is meaningful to you. That could be through your injury recovery process to get you back on hiking trails, assist you through your training and performance needs, provide education about movement, or teaching you tools needed to achieve all of your goals.

Providing a place you can come to for information and education that is evidence-base, and that I believe in and practice myself.
My goals are your goals, and I am here to grow with you, learn with you and support you.
